Summer time

I enjoy the summer, Norway is also a nice place to be when it is summer and to day our own town Bergen has been has been blessed with a warm sun and a pleasant temperature. I was cycling to the shop this morning, and afterwards I have been washing clothes and cleaned the house. We have enjoyed all the meals outdoors on the veranda. The food tastes even better when you eat with your loved one on a sunny veranda. Last week our son David and his family visited us, they came from Stavanger where they live. We were having many meals outdoors, lunches and barbeques, one day Josef and his family joined us, and we all had a great time of fellowship and fun. The children, four of them together, were bathing and jumping in the swimming pool, the big plastic “Park boat”. But little four month old Mathilde Elisabeth was happy in her pram .Her big sister Veronica enjoyed sun bathing.
Our granddaughter Kristina was in Bergen to attend the children’s camp at Gullbotn. Afterwards she spend a few days with us, we enjoyed it very much! In two days time we travel north for the Bible week at Harstad. We have great expectations to God for these days together with our sisters and brothers from the North. We will then meet again Kristina and her family and our youngest daughter Ruth Kristin.
At the end of this day I once again will praise the Lord, count all the blessings and give Him honour and thanks from the bottom of my heart!
